Using Illustrator I created storyboards to help me decide how to make the animation

Using Illustrator, I mapped out how the words would appear on the animation and experimented with the layout and font.

Moodboard

Good Kinetic typography

Good Kinetic typography also includes images as well as text. Including an image can be a good way to reduce the amount of text on the screen, instead of having to write out the entire sentence you can use an image to better illustrate what is happening.

Another nice feature of kinetic typography is when they have a still background and the video zooms in, out and around as the words appear.

 To make the animation seem more fluid it’s good for the words to interact with each other.

A good layout is also important in making the animation look nice. This animation is all framed around the circle in the middle of the screen.

The colour palette for this animation is simple it uses black and white with a yellow background the yellow has been chosen because it relates to the lyrics of the song they used.
